Last Spring I spent weeks repainting the entire house including the boys' rooms. They each got to pick out their own color and theme. I worked for two weeks painting the walls and even painted a mural for each child. The outcome was beautiful. Everyone was happy until two weeks later, one of my four-year-olds declared he no longer wanted to have his room to feature airplanes as they were "boring". He wanted a jungle theme. Sorry kid, mommy is done painting for a while.
