Bloom Otto Table: Space Saving Style

I'm loving the new Otto table and chair set by Bloom. The space saving style and modern design make it the perfect table for contemporary homes. The chairs seamlessly nest into the table to hit the art supply trays hidden in the base of the table.

Cubino Chair and Loveseat for Small Lounging

The biggest challenge of modern parents is finding child friendly furniture that doesn't make us want to stash it in the closet before guest arrive (oh and the whole keeping the kids alive, fed, educated, blah, blah, blah).



Monte Nursery Furniture has designed the perfect kid-sized chair that will make parents pround to have in their living room.

The cubino is touted as "a kid's chair you won't need to hide when guests arrive" and it lives up to that challenge. Dwell Fatboy: Beanbags with Modern Flare

A few weeks ago, we decided to implement a family movie night in which both mom and dad have to stop everything we're doing and cuddle up and watch a movie of the kids' choice. Everyone is loving the family time.

The only problem is that there isn't enough seating for everybody. We start out cuddled up and typically end up stretching out on the couches and the boys flop out on the floor on the extra pillows.

Oopsy Daisy: Peel and Place Murals to Keep Up with Your Child

Last Spring I spent weeks repainting the entire house including the boys' rooms. They each got to pick out their own color and theme. I worked for two weeks painting the walls and even painted a mural for each child. The outcome was beautiful.
